Honywood awards

From the Summer Term 2021, we introduced a new awards scheme which is available to every learner in the school.

There will be three awards evenings a year and there are a range of categories including subject awards, attendance, first aid and House awards.

Subject Awards

Every subject team will be able to nominate an outstanding achiever in their subject each term, a learner who has demonstrated excellence in their subject.

Honywood School strives for 100% attendance, and as such we feel it's important to recognise good attendance and the commitment to learning it brings. We will be recognising positive attendance as follows:

96% attendance - Bronze award

98% attendance - Silver award

100% - Gold award

Learners who achieve 100% attendance for an entire academic year will receive the Headteacher's award for attendance.
